o Take responsibility for planning and carrying out patient visits at intervals of 4 weeks (2 weeks for clinical patients), including the organization of the required material
o Provide patient and family training and refresher courses for all medical devices
o Carry out regular status checks of the therapy device and replace defective devices/components
o Deal with troubleshooting for the equipment at the patient’s home according to a defined procedure and ensure close co-operation with GTS (Global Technical Support)
o Download and interpret device data from the therapy device
o Take part in patient events (nurse days, doctor certification, trade fairs)
o Take care of administrative activities, such as the drawing up expense reports, equipment management, purchasing of office supplies for the home office, etc.
o Record patient interventions in the CRM/SAP
o Book all material movements in the CRM/SAP

Изисквания и необходими умения


o Technical Flair
o Good computer knowledge and skills
o Very good level in English language
o A valid driving licenses
o Professional experience in dealing with sick people - an advantage
o Completed training in health care - an advantage
o Confident and friendly manner
