Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Full-Time, On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns, with a strong focus on content coordination, SEO, campaign performance, platform management, and digital design. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills across all areas of digital marketing and visual communication.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Coordination
• Assist in launching and managing digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, email, and web platforms.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver campaign assets on time and in the correct formats.
• Support paid media activities by preparing creatives and assisting with ad setups.

SEO & Website Management
• Conduct keyword research and support on-page and off-page SEO initiatives.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages to improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate on backlink strategies and technical SEO audits with internal or external teams.
• Manage updates and publishing of web content via WordPress.

Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and related tools.
• Assist in reporting on campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
• Support testing strategies (A/B testing, UX improvements) to improve results.

Content, Design & Asset Management
• Organize digital content calendars and assist with publishing across platforms.
• Ensure all content and assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Adapt and repurpose content for use across different digital channels.
• Create and edit visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and websites.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure consistent branding across all materials.
• Contribute to visual storytelling with a solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Requirements and necessary skills

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to SEO, paid media, and design.
• Basic experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
• Experience creating and adapting digital visuals (static and animated) for multiple platforms.
• Understanding of branding, typography, and UX/UI principles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
