We currently have a client in Sofia, Bulgaria looking to actively recruit Dutch Customer Support Agent until the end of March. Would you like to find the next international opportunity?

Our international client is looking for Dutch Customer care agents to handle all customer needs, in an efficient, professional and approachable manner.
Responsibilities
• Handle all the incoming questions and requests via telephone, e-mail and /or chat
• Providing assistants related to sales matters
• Clarifying invoicing and payments (incl. dropping procedure of customers, payments plan, deferred payments and when to cancel costs
• Advising client of Tariff changes (incl. proposing a product change or a discount)
• Increase client’s satisfaction while building and maintaining good and long-term customer relationships

Изисквания и необходими умения

Requirements
• Secondary school level of qualification
• Previous proven customer service experience
• Dutch – native level (oral and written)
• English - working level
• Experience with CRM systems a plus
• MS Office skills
• Willingness to learn
• Customer oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work autonomously
• Not afraid to take decisions
• Team player with good logical and analytical thinking

Competitive salary - 1125 euro net per month basic plus bonuses based on the project/position - after 6 months increase in basic to 1250 euro net per month

Relocation package: arrival on Sunday to Sofia to stay in a Hotel paid by the company, on Monday HR makes
appointments with the Real Estate broker according to candidate preferences and by end of day they have an apartment to move in between Tuesday and Wednesday, HR will help them with all the bureaucracy and paperwork for contract, health insurance and opening a Bank account also on Monday
