Employer Branding Specialist
If you:
✅ have at least 2 years of experience with employer
branding projects with proven success in the development and
implementation of innovative sourcing initiatives;
✅ have expertise in usage of social media channels on the
context of recruitment, attraction and employer branding;
✅ have knowledge of different recruitment platforms and
experience leveraging these tools to source candidates;
✅ have excellent communication and influencing
skills;
✅ have very good organizational skills;
✅ have proactive attitude and multitasking skills;
✅ have fluent level of English ;
✅ have flexibility, adaptability & team spirit;

✅ taking care of internal communication;
✅ analizying the effectiveness of EB initiatives to

current needs and in alignment with strategic goals;
