We are looking for a structured and forward-thinking Energy Demand Modelling Analyst to join our team and drive data-based analyses that support management decisions and contribute to our strategic goals in the dynamic energy market.

Responsibilities

Key tasks and responsibilities:

- Conduct analysis of economic and demographic data as well as establish patterns in customers’ consumption behavior.
- Perform weather normalization analysis.
- Evaluates the impact of RES, BESS, EVs, ect. on energy consumption and grid balance.
- Develop and improve quantitative models for demand and production prediction in mid and long term horizon.
- Generates regular reports on key metrics and compare them to the forecasted values.

Requirements and necessary skills

Your profile:

- University degree in (Applied) Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics or Engineering;
- Min 1 years expirience on a similar position;
- Experience in data/statistical/mathematical modeling;
- Experience in data visualization, preferably Power BI;
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing /Data Lake/Business Intelligence architecture is considered an advantage;
- Excellent command of MS Excel;
- Very good command of English;
- Effective communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and forward-thinking mindset.
