MAIN CHALLENGES:
· Play an important role in the ESG risk management framework
implementation in UBB
· Participate / organize ESG related workshops on KBC Group and UBB
level
· Participate in internal climate risk stress testing and measure
the impact on different risk ratios
· Coordinate the identification and assessment of the top risks on
bank and country level
· Participate in annual process of Internal Capital Adequacy and
Assessment Process (ICAAP) update
· Analyze the main risks and the capital adequacy in going concern
under Pillar 2
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:
· Master’s degree in Finance, Statistics or Business field
· Strong background in the field of Finance, Banking and Economics
as well as understanding of core banking operations and
activities
· Fast-learning skills and result-orientation.
· Accuracy with figures and ability to analyse and interpret
them
· Experience with statistical software as well as knowledge of risk
related banking regulations (CRR, BRRD) will be considered as an
advantage
· Good communication skills.
