Hristo Popov is looking for a new team member.

As an M365 Tenant Management Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 tenants. You will ensure that the company's identity, security, and compliance requirements are met.

Your daily routine would include:

Managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 tenants, including configuration and maintenance.
Implementing and managing identity solutions to ensure secure access to company resources.
Developing and implementing security strategies to ensure data integrity and protection against threats.
Ensuring adherence to legal and internal company regulations and standards.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of managing Microsoft 365 tenants;
Experience in identity management, including Azure AD and multi-factor authentication;
Strong knowledge of security solutions and strategies, particularly related to Microsoft 365;
Understanding of compliance requirements and experience in implementing compliance solutions;
OnCallDuty and maintenance jobs outside of working hours.

Qualifications:

Several years of technical professional experience in the field of M365 Administration;
Degrees in computer science, information technology, or a related field are an advantage;
Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or similar are advantageous;
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly;
Knowledge of German language skills is an advantage.
