company, we are looking for an experienced and loyal professional
to join their team in the role of EXPANSION MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Finding new lease opportunities according to company standards;
Maintaining and building relationships with landlords, construction
companies, agencies;
Market & location analysis, competition analysis;
Managing of the entire negotiation process – commercial conditions,
technical specifications, lease contracts;
Elaborating of strategy and projects presentations;
Preparing of the business plans in terms of market, location
requirements, space configuration, financial and legal terms.
Managing expansion plans in coordination with the local Regional
Director of Leasing and Expansion;
Portfolio management of existing stores – monitoring performance,
handling lease term prolongations or terminations;
Managing internal documentation related to leasing projects;
Cooperating with Technical Department and Legal Department of the
company;
Cooperating and communication with the corresponding department at
the company headquarters.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar position (retail network
expansion or commercial real estate leasing);
Extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Very good time management and adherence to schedules and
deadlines;
High performance and results oriented personality with strong
organizational and communication skills;
Valid driver’s license and availability for business travel as
needed;
Excellent knowledge of English language – both written and
spoken.
