For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in
the production and
distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for -
Experienced AP Coordinator
with French and English (Hybrid shifts).
*Handle and resolve invoice issues promptly, ensuring effective
follow-up with vendors and
internal teams;
*Contribute to continuous improvement of AP processes to boost
efficiency and accuracy;
*Ensure suppliers are paid correctly and on time in accordance with
company policies;
*Monitor AP activities to prevent booking errors and payment
delays;
*Oversee document flow to support timely and compliant
processing;
*Maintain adherence to internal controls, SOX regulations, and
company standards;
*Train new employees and assist colleagues with system and
process-related inquiries.
