We are looking for a professional who can strengthen our great
Corporate Officer team and who will be involved with the
following:
MAIN CHALLENGES:
• Participates in all tasks related to corporate governance of the
bank, related to the legal, organizational and administrative
services of the bank's management and supervisory bodies – the
Management Board, the Supervisory Board, and the General Meeting of
Shareholders (AGMs).
• Organizes and prepares the agendas and documents for board
meetings of the above-mentioned Boards, takes minutes and drafts
the Boards resolutions .
• Assists in maintaining registers related to all management
mandates held by UBB employees in other companies, as well as a
register for potential conflicts of interest declared by the
bank's administrators.
• Prepares the documents related to the AGMs , organises the AGMs
and drafts the AGMs minutes with decisions of.
• Submits various applications to the Commercial Register.
Handles correspondence with the relevant bank units and
communicates the decisions of the different boards.
• Maintains the archive of materials from the held meetings.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
• Master's degree in law, public administration, social
sciences or similar (for law with acquired legal capacity)
• Excellent written and verbal communication (both in English and
Bulgarian languages), diplomatic and discreet when dealing with
sensitive matters
• Computer literacy (excellent knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel
& PowerPoint)
• Analytical mindset and attention to details; capable of managing
multiple board level documents and deadlines discreate, proactive
and self-motivated
• Experience on similar position, as an executive assistant or in a
law firm in the field of corporate law will be treated as
advantage.
The position is suitable for candidates who have recently graduated
with a law degree, with little or no experience, and who are eager
to develop within a bank.
