On behalf of our client, a leading international Fintech company,
we are looking for experienced and motivated Field Sales Director
to oversee and drive the sales strategy across multiple channels.
This is a key leadership role focusing on business growth, digital
innovation, B2B development, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales organization, bringing together a
team of highly experienced sales professionals.
• Drive business volume (BV) growth, with a particular focus on
new, "green" market opportunities.
• Champion digital-first and user-centric sales approaches,
optimizing all products in the portfolio.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies, promoting the
sharing of best practices across the team.
• Focus on delivering results, with a strong emphasis on
data-driven decision-making, KPIs, and effective sales and
management routines.
• Enhance the user experience and drive increased customer
engagement through strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales efforts with
overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• University degree
• Proven experience in sales leadership within industries such
as banking, telecommunications, or financial services.
• At least 10 years of sales experience, including a minimum of
5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven expertise in data-driven methodologies and a strong
track record of managing teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong digital and tech orientation, with a deep understanding
of fintech products.
• Resilient and adaptable with a proven ability to thrive in
fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to unite and
inspire a team of seasoned sales professionals.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English, with excellent communication
and presentation skills.
