Support Specialist in
Financial Technology with Norwegian or Danish and English
(Part-time or Full-time).
*Deliver outstanding customer support through email, chat, and
phone communication;
*Respond to customer questions and resolve issues related to our
products and services;
*Assist customers with troubleshooting and help them overcome
technical difficulties;
*Follow up on pending cases to ensure customer satisfaction;
*Share customer feedback and improvement suggestions with the
