For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Financial Support Specialist
with German or Norwegian or Spanish or Danish (Remote).

Responsibilities

*Support customers via chat or email with finance-related queries;
*Assist with reimbursements, payment issues, and account updates;
*Clarify policies and guide users through financial procedures;
*Accurately update and maintain records in the system;
*Collaborate with team members to meet quality and response-time goals;
*Share insights from customer feedback to improve financial processes.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluency in German, Norwegian, Spanish, or Danish, plus solid English;
*Excellent communication skills – clear, patient, and empathetic;
*Interest in finance or administrative support;
*Quick to learn systems, tools, and internal policies;
*Able to handle multiple chats or tasks at once;
*Remote-ready - reliable internet and quiet workspace.
