OpCos, independent of location.

We are expanding the Billing Delivery Center within IT Services
Division of the A1 Competence Delivery Center. Be part of this

Role insights:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and
external partners to align on requirements and processes.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating
them into functional specifications and workflows.
Collaborate with QA and Development teams to validate requirements,
support testing, and deliver system changes.
Monitor business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose
automation or improvements.
Support incident analysis (Maintenance) by assessing business
impact and recommending corrective actions.
Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc business and operational
reports.
Ensure compliance with SOX controls and other governance
standards.
Maintain accurate system and process documentation.
Support change management through communication, training, and
stakeholder coordination.
Ensure proper documentation of all tasks within Confluence.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional within the CDC
teams.
What Makes You Unique:
University Degree in Informatics, Computer science or any
equivalent qualification
Solid technical Experience with Maxbill Billing System
Analytical thinking & problem-solving.
Requirements gathering & documentation.
Stakeholder management.
Knowledge of IT systems & billing processes – exposure to
telecom billing/charging systems, rating, or batch processing is a
plus.
Methodologies – experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall
environments.
Compliance & governance – understanding of SOX controls and
regulatory requirements.
Soft skills – attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and
strong presentation skills.
Tech skills: SQL Knowledge (Oracle), Linux, APEX and SOAP/REST
APIs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented and ready to take over responsibility
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
