Key Responsibilities:
Handles the customer requests and orders in a timely and
professional manner, ensuring compliance of the service with the
client needs;
Manages the transport orders with the own fleet;
Negotiates transport services with external providers when
necessary;
Monitors the progress of each transport, coordinating and providing
status information to all involved parties, and adjusting the fleet
program accordingly;
Ensures strict compliance of fleet activities with the transport
and legal regulations;
Constantly monitors and improves the performance to ensure better
fleet utilization and efficiency;
Gains market knowledge and maintains and develops the relations
with the customers and colleagues inside the European organization
of the company.
