What You’ll be Doing
Join our team and play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of
one of the world’s leading digital platforms and their customers.
In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring a safe and
fair environment by reviewing potential fraud cases identified by
our advanced data models and taking appropriate enforcement actions
when necessary.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Partner with our Trust & Safety team to investigate potential
fraud cases identified by our systems, ensuring fair and thoughtful
resolution for all parties involved
Advocate for our community members by carefully reviewing appeals
from sellers and creators, working to understand their perspective
and find appropriate solutions
Protect the marketplace experience by reviewing and addressing
reported malicious reviews, helping maintain a trustworthy
environment for buyers and sellers alike
Enhance our systems through feedback by documenting patterns in
collected data, helping us improve fraud detection while minimizing
false positives
Support affected users with empathy by clearly communicating
decisions and next steps, making complex policy matters
understandable and human
Collaborate cross-functionally to balance enforcement needs with
customer experience, ensuring our fraud prevention efforts support
rather than hinder legitimate users
What You Bring to the Role
2+ years experience in eCommerce fraud or customer service
Advanced written and spoken English skills
Strong ability to gather information from various sources to
substantiate investigation hypotheses.
Eager to learn, initiative taker and problem-solver
Works comfortably with Microsoft Word and Excel
