For one of our clients – a global leader in customer experience management – we are looking for a Gaming Gear Support Agent with German and English. The employee will answer inquiries from users regarding gear from one of the most recognizable gaming product brands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner;
- Assist users with basic configuration and optimization of the devices’ settings;
- Follow up with users and improve the overall customer experience;
- Demonstrate sufficient product knowledge and analytical thinking;
- Document cases according to the established standards of the company.
