Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping people? We’re
looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic
international project in the e-commerce space, supporting users in
resolving issues related to purchases and disputes.
What You’ll Do:
Handle customer queries via phone and email
Support users with cases where items are not received, arrive
damaged, or where sellers are uncooperative
Assist with dispute resolutions and appeals
Provide high-quality service while following internal policies and
procedures
Work confidently with internal systems (basic English required for
internal tools)
