Main Responsibilities
As LDC continues to grow, to standardize operating processes and to
modernize its systems front to back-implementing a proprietary CTRM
integrated with SAP S4 HANA as main back office system, we are
looking for a Global business Process owner for End to End Request
to Pay processes.
Starting from existing core model framework, the GPO R2P is
responsible designing, implementing, owning and improving the
end-to-end R2P process across functional areas, geographies and
business boundaries, as part of the SBS organization.
The GPO will be partnering closely with key stakeholders across the
supported corporate functions (Industry, Procurement and Finance)
as well within the SBS organization (Master Data, continuous
improvement, service operations across centers, etc…).
The aim of the role is to drive the design, implementation,
integration and optimization across the end to end value chain
(master data; purchase requisitions, purchase orders, good
receipts, invoice capture, invoice processing, invoice settlement,
resolution, of global R2P processes, etc), so as to provide
services to circa 260 industrial plants across the world.
The GPO R2P ensures alignment with business goals, manages risks,
and leads process transformation initiatives.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Process design and implementation: Translates functions strategy
and policies into global processes and lead the transformation.
Performance management: Define performance KPIs and targets in
collaboration with functions to measure process performance
Governance: Govern the process E2E (As-Is, To-Be, and all
variations), ensuring design decisions are aligned to the process
objectives and functional strategy
Leadership and directions: Lead a team of process owners
responsible for the design, implementation and optimization of
global R2P process. Influence the organization through mentoring
and change management capabilities.
Stakeholders' management: Drive stakeholder engagement and
stakeholder satisfaction through identifying value add and
continuous improvement opportunities aligned with stakeholders'
challenges and priorities.
Problem solving / Operational issues: Work closely with other
functions (e.g. Accounting, Procurement, Finance, Platforms, etc.)
to proactively manage and resolve business and operational issues
in an innovative, efficient and effective manner
Business Relationship Management and change management: Partner
with the Head of Procurement, the Head of Accounting and the head
of Industry to align on improvements to the Request to Pay service
levels.
Technology enablement: Act as forward thinkers, collaborate with
the functions and DT&A (IT) to propose enabling solution and
business cases for budget prioritization.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in Business
R2P with at least 2 years of experience in project management in a
global enterprise environment.
