For one of our clients – a leading company in digital solutions and AI automation, supporting
global brands in improving experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are
looking for – Global Talent Sourcing Specialist with English (Remote).

Отговорности

*Proactively source and hunt candidates from international markets using various channels
and platforms;
*Conduct in-depth research to identify new job boards, advertising portals, and sourcing channels;
*Explore and initiate potential global partnerships to expand the company`s talent reach;
*Collect, analyze, and present data related to international talent pools and market trends;
*Support the recruitment team by delivering timely insights on candidate availability and sourcing strategies;
*Manage operational tasks related to equipment logistics and employee onboarding/offboarding needs;
*Stay up to date with internal standards and procedures; report any inconsistencies or issues to management.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Proven experience in international sourcing, market research, or recruitment support;
*Strong analytical skills and ability to collect and interpret complex data sets;
*Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask under pressure;
*Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks;
*Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and suggest improvements;
*Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage;
*Familiarity with internal tools and procedures related to equipment and HR operations is a plus.
