For them we are looking for high level professional on the position of Group Financial Director.
The Group Finance Director will provide overall leadership to the finance teams and functions of each company business, ensuring compliance and excellence in all systems and processes and the overall financial integrity of the business. You will lead on financial risk, M&A activity, corporate governance, business planning and reporting, identifying financial opportunities for the company and supporting the direction / strategies / action plans to achieve the full potential of assets.

Responsibilities include:
• leadership of Finance function and reporting of group statutory accounts
• all M&A, change, restructuring and financial governance activities
• financial strategy / forecasting / planning to achieve corporate goals
• change and transformation initiatives as part of the senior Executive team
• risk & cash management / external banking / stakeholder and investor relations
• developing and reporting improved financial business performance metrics
• motivation, training and development of overall financial teams’ function
• working closely with government and industry stakeholder groups

The Person:
The Group Finance Director will have relevant strategic, operational and board level experience growing group businesses including M&A, MBO / MBI, Due Diligence and corporate growth activity. With the full range of business finance and leadership skills, you will demonstrate a track record of delivering business transformation and turnaround in a service sector change environment including high level decision-making experience and commercial excellence.
With full professional accountancy qualifications and memberships, you will have strong analytical insight and financial literacy, highly articulate communications skills and be politically astute to quickly establish collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
