ROLE & TEAM
This cross-departmental role is ideal for an empathetic, diligent,
customer-focused individual with previous hospitality experience.
The position is shifts-based from 10am to 7pm, incl. work during
weekends.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Direct and indirect contact with short-term guests and long-term
tenants;
• Working with several specialised softwares (eg. Krossbooking,
RIO, MS Office, Trello);
• Maintaining guests inquiries, bookings, arrival or departure
time;
• Providing a swift resolution to guest queries and issues during
their stay;
• Assisting guests with any maintenance issues;
• Monitoring and maintaining received reservations;
• Applying company standards for dealing with guests and property
portfolio.
