For our office in Sofia we are looking for:
Head of HR Operation (m/f)
What will be your main responsibilities:
Participation in implementation and enforcing the company's
overall strategy regarding processes related to the HR
Administration processes and management and administration of
remuneration;
Introducing and ensuring compliance with international processes
and work standards;
Creating and updating company policies and procedures in accordance
with Bulgarian legislation and the company's objectives,
ensuring their compliance;
Developing and implementing sustainable and effective solutions to
improve and optimize existing processes;
Initiating and managing projects related to the introduction of new
processes;
Motivating, developing and training the team to achieve maximum
efficiency;
Organizing, coordinating and prioritizing the daily work of the
team and all activities related to the overall HR Admimistration
and payroll process - personnel master data, document management,
organizational management, administration of absences, processing
of working hours, accrual of bonuses, benefits, deductions,
etc.;
Preparing reports/reports regarding master data of employees,
salary data, additional payments, working hours and other key
indicators;
Ensuring data quality in all relevant systems
Ensuring the quality of employee documents
Preparing reports for the company's management;
Preparation and provision of the information required under the
current legislation to the National Social Insurance Institute,
National Revenue Agency and other institutions;
Processing HR Administration tasks and calculation and overall
administration of remuneration, including preparation and
maintenance of the necessary documentation for employees falling
under a certain management level.
What we expect from you?
Completed higher education;
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position and minimum 5
years of experience in people management;
Detailed knowledge of the current labor, tax and social security
legislation and specifics of time managment;
English at a very good level, use of German will be considered as
an advantage;
MS Word, Excel and Power Point at advanced level;
Experience in project management and implementing new processes
Experience with relevant HR Systems, knowledge of SAP HR will be
considered as a serious advantage;
Knowledge of implementing and managing HR software solutions
Very good communication, organizational and leadership skills;
Orientation towards achieving the best results;
Excellent ability to collaborate with other people.
