Representative with Portuguese Spanish, Italian, Romanian or German
and English
* Using variety of communication channels to communicate with
customers;
* Offering information and answering questions related to company’s
products and services;
* Utilizing different tools and system platforms to find the best
solution for customers’ issues;
* Constantly updating your knowledge of company’s products and
services;
* Providing a positive experience and building a strong
relationship with the customers;
* Encouraging customers to give feedback and taking it into account
in order to improve the
quality of provided service and ensure customer satisfaction;
* Striving to resolve issues in the shortest time possible by
supporting escalation for special
cases.
