Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities, including
room cleaning, laundry services and etc.;
Managing and monitoring employee performance to maintain high
standards of work;
Training and induction of new employees;
Preparing weekly and monthly employee schedules;
Carrying out routine checks of all rooms for check out and regular
checks of occupied rooms;
Striving to meet and follow company standards;
Providing regular feedback to company management /reporting/.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a
supervisory role;
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills;
Knowledge of hotel management systems;
Fluency in English;
Great attention to detail;
Excellent computer literacy.
