For one of our clients – a well-known multinational company - we
are searching for organized
and open individuals for the role of HR Administrator for a
temporary contract.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Preparing contracts of employment, annexes, other relevant
documentation and associated
paperwork for new hires, transfers and leavers;
* Creating and maintaining employee records on the HR Management
System and any other
filing systems as required;
* Ensuring that accurate filing systems are in place and that
documents are filed promptly
and accurately;
* Managing and maintaining payroll-related documents: sick leaves,
holiday request, etc.;
* Making sure that all documents are distributed in a timely manner
to the relevant parties;
* Liaising with Legal on new contracts and contractual changes.
