COMPANY — we are looking to hire a: HR COORDINATOR
- Support HR processes, including recruitment, documentation,
compliance, and employee relations.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and support employee onboarding,
training, and performance reviews.
- Maintain HR documentation, including internal procedures, work
rules, job descriptions, etc.
- Participate in the preparation of documentation related to
hiring, termination, and employee personnel files.
- Support the preparation of HR reports, dashboards, and data
visualizations for senior leadership.
- Manage office operations: visitor coordination, supplier
relationships, rental cars, apartment leases, bill payments,
etc.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR projects
and initiatives.
