Our client is a leading company operating in various sectors, and we are seeking an experienced and responsible professional for the role of HR Director.

As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies across their diverse portfolio of businesses. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will lead a team of professionals and oversee all aspects of human resources management.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive salary increase plans and bonus schemes to not only attract but also retain and inspire top talent throughout the organization.
• Create and maintain accurate job descriptions for all positions within the group of companies, ensuring they are consistently aligned with organizational goals and requirements.
• Lead the development and execution of a talent action plan, aimed at identifying, attracting, and nurturing high-potential employees, while also implementing strategies for talent retention and succession planning.
• Design and implement both internal and external training programs, meticulously crafted to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees at every level.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities for professional growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, adeptly handling employee relations matters to cultivate a workplace environment built on trust and respect.
• Partner with the executive leadership team to develop and refine HR strategies that seamlessly align with and support the overarching business objectives of the group of companies.
• Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management, leveraging your expertise to drive operational excellence and success.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing unwavering support, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure their individual and collective success in achieving departmental goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree in Human Resources or related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR best practices and industry standards.
• Proficiency in compensation and benefits management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
• A strategic mindset, capable of translating business objectives into actionable HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
• High level of interpersonal skills, enabling you to navigate sensitive and confidential situations and documentation with professionalism and discretion.
