JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: HR Documentation Intern
Duration: Fixed-term internship (4–5 months)
Working Hours: Part-time (4 hours/day, with potential to extend to
6 hours/day)
Compensation:
Monthly stipend (paid throughout the internship duration)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Sort and organize physical HR documents by employee status (active,
exited, non-onboarded)
Scan and upload documents to the shared drive, ensuring alignment
with digital folders
Cross-check physical and electronic records for completeness and
accuracy
Flag missing or duplicate documents and assist in resolving
discrepancies
Ensure compliance with document retention policies and GDPR
requirements
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with
discretion
Support ad hoc administrative tasks related to the project

QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university
program (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related
field)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with both physical and digital files
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management
systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential
information
