HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Administration of HR activities & Payroll – managing employment
records, creating job descriptions when needed, and coordinating
with external partners;
Recruitment and selection – handling the entire hiring process,
from job advertisement creation to candidate selection and
onboarding;
Event management - Organizing team-building activities, company
gatherings, and events that spark connection and creativity;
Training and development – planning, designing, and coordinating
training and professional development programs for employees;
HR process and policy implementation – ensuring compliance with
existing procedures and contributing to the development and
introduction of new policies;
Fostering a positive work environment – maintaining a healthy
workplace culture and upholding the company’s reputation.

What would make you a good fit for the position:
3+ years experience in the field of Human Resources;
Excellent written literacy and meaningful communication skills;
Fluent English;
Higher education in the field of Human Resource management and
development, psychology or other related specialty;
If you are an excellent communicator who can simplify complex
ideas, inspire action, and connect with diverse teams;
Perfect knowledge of using MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
Excellent organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines,
attention to detail, and precision in the implementation of
assigned tasks.
