Our team is growing and we are looking for on-site HR Expert to
join our team. The person in this position will be in direct
response to Management and will be the main point of contact
between Management and a team of 60 people, with plans to expand to
100 within the next 6 months. Ideally, the person will grow the
in-house HR team and form an essential part of it.
Responsibilities:
Amend internal rules, HR Policies and Regulations based on Labour
Law requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and Hr selection process
Prepare monthly bonuses, extra goals, organization responsibilities
and assist in further career development
Provide HR Policy training to new staff
Preparation of labour contracts and internal orders
Conduct tasks for the hiring and dismissing of people of the
company, while preparing the needed documentation when there is a
change in the labour contracts
To prepare job descriptions
To prepare in a timely fashion any needed documentations and
declarations, which have to be compliant with the Bulgarian tax and
insurance legislation
Responsible for the internal discipline
Management of internal HR issues and advice on HR related
matters
Liaising with external legal advisors on HR matters
Organize and be responsible for storing and organizing of all HR
information and documentation by a timeline provide by the law
Put together and develop schedules for usage of paid annual leave
by the employees
Create any leave orders and control all types of leave, while
reporting them to the Manager for approval
Liaise between Management level and the team for HR related
matters
