For one of our clients - operating in the field of financial services and formed a team of the best sales representatives from the Forex and the Cryptocurrency industry, we are looking to hire HR Specialist!


Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the onboarding of new hires and for the exit process.
• Manage internal communication regarding employee updates and engagement.
• Maintain social benefits documentation.
• Plan and execute all corporate events and initiatives according to requirements and objectives.
• Deal with employees’ inquiries and complaints.

Изисквания и необходими умения


• Previous experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, HR Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or relevant role.
• Fluent in English.
• Highly responsible person with strong attention to detail and great organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, loyal, and solution-oriented person with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Communicative, open, and enjoy being in favor of others.
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office applications.)
