HR Specialist
Main responsibilities:
Administrative activities – management of employment files and
creation of job descriptions if necessary. Working with external
partners;
Recruitment – from the creation of job advertisements to the final
selection and appointment of candidates, and their onboarding into
the company;
Organization and conduct of trainings – planning, development and
coordination of training and professional development programs for
employees in the company;
Development and implementation of HR process and procedures–
compliance with the already established procedures in the company,
as well as participation in the creation and introduction of new
ones;
Promoting a positive work culture – maintaining a good working
climate and striving to preserve the good name of the company.

What would make you a good fit for the position:
Excellent written literacy and meaningful communication skills;
Very good command of English (B1 – B2);
Experience in the field of Human Resources, recruitment, training
and development of people;
Higher education in the field of Human Resource management and
development, psychology or other related specialty;
2+ years of experience in a similar position;
Excellent knowledge of using MS Office – Excel, Word,
PowerPoint;
Very good organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines,
attention to detail and precision in the implementation of assigned
tasks.
