Deliver and implement Human Resources (HR) strategy related to Talent Acquisition in alignment with Group directives and wider HR strategy;
Organize and coordinate the HR activities related to Talent Acquisition process for Administrative positions in the company;
Partners with HR leadership and business leaders to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through existing HR practices, processes, or policies in area of functional specialty. Recommends new practices, processes, or policies to improve HR function;
Prepare job specifications and adverts;
Conduct interviews;
Create job offers and present the offers to the approved candidates;
Implementation and improvements of the HR process;
Cooperate with external HR agencies;
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events;
Lead employer branding activities;
Keep all databases up to date;
Maintain personal documentation following Bulgarian labour legislation requirements – contracts, agreements;
Implements, and continuously optimizes HR processes and procedures within area of functional responsibility in alignment with Group guidance, policy, and procedures.

Изисквания и необходими умения

A Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR Management, Psychology or Business administration;
Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role;
Experience and skills in recruitment;
Sound knowledge of HR practices and methodologies;
Fluent English language – oral and written;
Knowledge and skills to work with MS Office;
Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams;
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills;
A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude;
Result-oriented and priority setting and time management skills.
