Ivan Iliev is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
Working with internal customers to identify and define requirements
for new solutions;
Studying project mission, goals, and business drivers and
requirements in order to better understand what the users need;
Enhancing application functionality to meet business needs,
including integration with systems like Active Directory, LIM,
Workday, SAP, BPM, and others;
Troubleshooting and ensuring proper functioning of the HeRMeS
portal;
Regularly updating the HeRMeS platform with patches and updates
provided by the vendor (Technologica);
Creating and editing system objects such as reports, document
templates, and custom attributes;
Performing data imports and participating in data management
activities;
Monitoring system performance and making suggestions for
optimization;
Collaborating with the vendor and participating in project
planning, system upgrades, and change initiatives;
Participating in cross-functional teams and maintaining
communication with stakeholders.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
Experience working with HeRMeS or similar self-service/HR
systems;
Good knowledge of PI SQL and PowerShell scripting;
Understanding of XML and data structures;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Previous experience in system integration and customizations;
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a
team;
Strong communication skills;
Good command of English – both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with systems like OneIDM, HR Chat Bots, or Aveksa;
Prior experience in IT support or business system analysis
roles;
Interest in digital transformation and automation of HR
processes.
