Summary
Reporting to the Export/Import Finance manager the candidate will coordinate the in-license product cost reconciliation process. Be responsible for data management for the team’s various processes e.g. audit trail for revenue recognition and support with sales forecasting

Responsibilities
Data Management
• Maintain team’s SharePoint page
• Support sales forecasting process by collaborating with customer service and commercial teams to collect and ensure quality of key inputs
• Collaborate with supply chain and finance to track intercompany billing activity e.g. freight recharge
• Collaborate with regulatory team to collect and organize proof data supporting milestone revenue recognition for out-licensed products

In-License Product Reconciliation
• Coordinate the reoccurring vendor reconciliation estimation for in-licensed products from 3rd party suppliers. This process covers royalty payments, revenue sharing and profit sharing
• Collaborate with manufacturing finance and finance business partners across all regional business units to collect key inputs in a timely manner
• Ensure quality of input data, key terms and reconciliation calculation

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• 1-2 year experience working in finance and accounting related role
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint knowledge. MS PowerBI experience is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English
