As an Integration Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring our systems function smoothly. What You'll Do
Understand the integration process in details in every step.
Define requirements and plan the integration life cycle.

Plan and coordinate integration project from design and development to production.

Implement continuous improvement practices.
Analyze and handle all issues and change requests.

Proactively identify risks and issues to the quality of the product.

Monitor work daily, identify critical points and obstacles.
Manage client expectations and escalations throughout the project.
Develope strong working relationships with customer tech experts, end-users and all stakeholders involved in the project.

Hold meetings with customers on weekly/monthly basis to review open issues, performance and updates.

Key point of contact for the customer.

Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
Create and maintain relevant documentation.
Maintain transparent communication with immediate manager, with respect to work undertaken and ensure that performance standards/expectations should not get breached.
Regularly update and consult with direct manager regarding ongoing tasks and projects.
Provide timely progress reports and seek guidance as needed to ensure efficient workflow.

Attend & contribute to team huddles, meetings & ad hoc meetings when required.

Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management to support the achievement of department and organizational goals.

What We're Looking For
Knowledge in the technical side of the API implementation
Superb communication skills
Ability to cut through the ambiguity and identify the core issues
Systems orientation and experience – Networking, SQL
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with complex integrated systems
SW Qualification / Integration / SW Development experience
Work in complex activities in project and matrix environment in parallel
Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls
Experience with – Jenkins, Git, Jira, JMeter.
Fluency in English.
