International Business Development Consultant

Key responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in target international markets;
· Identify and contact potential customers across Bulgaria, Europe and other relevant regions;
· Prepare, present and negotiate service and pricing proposals to prospect clients;
· Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new business deals and negotiating contracts.
· Gather, analyze and anticipate customer needs and market developments and opportunities;
· Develop effective business relationships to be converted in sales volumes;
· Anticipate and take advantage of potential commercial opportunities;
· Keep up-to-date on the competition positioning within the market;
· Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand visibility;
· Establish and nurture partnerships with industry stakeholders, including consultants, HR leaders, and key decision-makers;
· Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights into market trends and business development activities.

Requirements:
· At least 3 years of working experience in B2B market with sales focus;
· Fluent in both Bulgarian and English;
· International experience will be considered a great advantage;
· Excellent command of English language verbal and written; Second foreign language is a great advantage;
· University degree, preferably in Economics;
· Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics platforms;
· Effective interpersonal, persuasive and conversational skills;
· Strong presentation, organizational, analytical and communication skills;
· Sales oriented personality with commercial acumen;
· Focus on Continual Learning;
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
· Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
