Answering incoming calls from customers and providing support to
them by phone in English.
The customers will contact you with technical problems related to company products - how to reset a password, how to set up the router, information about the products, etc.
Because of the time difference between you and the customer, you need to work between 12 pm and 8 am, always 8 hours long shift.
