We are expanding the Customer Integration team within IT Services Division of the A1 Competence Delivery Center. Be part of this exciting journey!

Role insights:

Define and communicate a clear strategic vision for squad IT systems, aligning with stakeholders and teams;
Lead key initiatives in customer information systems, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and budgetary needs;
Manage and support a distributed team, fostering collaboration across borders;
Align objectives with stakeholders across countries and drive project success;
Implement innovative, compliant solutions for customer data management;
Champion agile methodologies and drive adoption across regions;
Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs;
Oversee budgeting to ensure projects align with financial guidelines;
Stay updated on trends in customer information management and data privacy.

What makes you unique:

Strong IT background, ideally as a product owner, project manager, or team lead;
Experience with GDPR and data privacy management is a plus;
Proven leadership in motivating teams and managing full development lifecycles;
Strategic thinker with deep knowledge of customer information systems;
Expertise in application development, cloud-native design, and security;
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
Collaborative and proactive problem-solver with a passion for innovation;
Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies;
Fluent in English; additional A1 Group languages are a plus;
Willingness to travel within the A1 Group footprint.
