In this role, you are part of a global IT SAP Support Team located in Sofia, Bulgaria as an expert of SAP Finance & Controlling area.

You report to the SAP Service Delivery Manager.

As an IT SAP FICO Support Consultant, you will be responsible for delivery of business applications support in an enterprise IT environment and resolution of application issues and operational changes in Finance & Controlling areas (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Project System and Controlling) and related interfaces to partner systems, ensuring support levels and expectations from both management and customers are met. You will also track and report on support requests and resolutions.

In addition to the SAP FICO scope, the person might need to cover other SAP areas (e.g. backup of SAP Integration).

Изисквания и необходими умения

Business skills:

· Strong business process understanding in Finance & Controlling domains
· Knowledge of functional integration with other SAP modules (Procurement, Production, Plant Maintenance)
· Have high standard business analysis and coordination skills

IT skills:
· Strong experience in SAP solutions support and delivery; S4 HANA knowledge is a plus
· Strong IT knowledge of SAP Finance area (AP, AR, GL, AA)
· Good IT knowledge in SAP Controlling area (CO, ML, PS)
· Experience with BRF+ is a plus
· Experience in SAP system integration & interfaces with other systems (iDocs/XML)
· Experience working with Service Desk ticketing system (Service Now & JIRA ideally)
· Deep knowledge in MS Excel (complex formulas for data validation, comparison, filtering and manipulation)
