For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales, driving revenue growth and digital
transformation with strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for - IT Solutions
Onboarding Consultant with German (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

*Guide new clients smoothly through onboarding to ensure a great start with our software;
*Build strong, lasting relationships through in-person meetings and ongoing engagement;
*Monitor client progress from setup to license activation, ensuring success every step of the way;
*Share best practices and optimization tips to help clients get maximum value from our solutions;
*Keep all client interactions and activities well-documented in our CRM;
*Tackle issues quickly, collaborating with internal teams to deliver fast, effective resolutions.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills;
*2+ years of experience in client support or BPO, ideally in tech or software;
*Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
*Organized, detail-oriented, and great at managing multiple projects;
*Skilled in using CRM tools and handling client cases or tickets;
*Customer-first mindset with an analytical approach to improving results.
