Currently we are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn
professional to join the team in the role of: Junior Accountant
with German and English.
Job Description
This role includes responsibilities related to processing invoices,
managing payments, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring
accurate vendor master data with additional focus on team
leadership, client handling, and process optimization. Strong
leadership skills, extensive experience in accounts payable, and
the ability to manage client relationships while driving
operational excellence are crucial. The position requires a
proactive problem-solver with a passion for financial accuracy and
team development.
Main Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing
Process all invoices assigned within the required
Turn-Around-Time
Statement Reconciliations
Reversals and corrections of incorrect posted invoices
Handle the Blocked resolutions
Processing all recodes received
Initiates follow up for the parked documents
Qualifications:
Our most successful candidates will have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
No previous experience required, you might be a fresh graduate
German and English language B2 level
Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word,
Excel) experience required
Prior customer service experience
Excellent communications skills
Desire to learn and preform
