Отговорности

You will be responsible for handling and performing administrative tasks to support the operational part of the transport team, serving as a liaison between company’s clients and the carriers.

Main responsibilities
• Receives the transport invoices delivered by FM’s collaborators
• Check the existence of all transport documents, the correctness of the invoices and the consistency between the sum of money with the records from the contract or the transport order
• Introduces information related to the operations carried out by the team in the information system use (Transport Management System)
• Contact the collaborators for obtaining the transport documents if they are not complete
• Report the situation of the documents and ensure that relevant information reaches those involved
• Archive the transport documents related to all the records
• Maintain a very good cooperation and communication with all the team and other FM employees
• Manages the in- and out-bound flow of documents with the courier companies

Изисквания и необходими умения

• Student in the last year at the University of Economics/Finance/Management/Transport or with 1-2 years of work experience
• Medium level of working expertise in MS Office – Excel mainly
• Highly organized and number & detailed oriented with accurate data entry skills
• Structured way of working along with good communication skills.
• Focused and able to meet deadlines
• Willing to improve yourself continuously and have self-initiative
• Having a positive attitude
