Representative (German & English) to join our dynamic,

You would be expected to:
Promptly receive and log HR-related inquiries via phone and
email.
Efficiently resolve queries using ticketing systems.
Assist employees with questions regarding policies, benefits, and
other HR-related matters.
Ensure high service quality while adhering to established
processes.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and
confidentiality.
Take ownership of query resolution and meet individual performance
metrics.
Qualifications
Fluency in German and English (B2 or higher).
Previous experience in a BPO environment is an advantage, such as
working with CRM systems and answering queries by phone.
Any experience or education in Human Resource Management or
HR-related activities is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage confidential data with integrity and
compliance.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
