We are looking for a Junior Market risk and Process Analyst to join
our team in Sofia. She/He will be responsible for:
Producing, analyzing, reporting and improving positions, risk
metrics and PnL analysis.
A leading role in designing, implementing and automating the risk
reports and processes, with emphasis on process and tool
improvement.
The re-architecting of the processes for Risks, emphasizing
automation and analytics.
The scope of work will include:
From a market point of view:
Collaborate closely with the business and middle office teams to
understand position and prices movements.
Support risk manager in building key market risk indicators.
Is interested and willing to learn / understand market movements
and its drivers while staying update about relevant markets and
news.
From a process improvement standpoint:
Work closely with the risk process to improve practices.
Envisions and creates analytics to support risk analysis and
reporting, including data visualization and dashboards.
Design and implement improvements to the functionality of the Risk
systems, providing analysis tools and reporting.
Assist with the automation of data integration and reporting
tasks.
Knowledge and Experience required :
University degree in Business administration/Accounting/Finance
3+ year of work experience.
Fluency in English
Advanced in Excel and Macros.
PowerBi / Analyzed in Excel.
Good experience with financial analyses
Proven track record on project implementation.
Ability to support system improvement projects from the analysis to
the execution.
Excellent communication skills
Motivation to upskill and learn in the Market risk field
