For one of our clients - a leading software development partner delivering advanced digital
services and supporting top technology firms worldwide, we are looking for – Junior
Support Specialist with English (PTE/FTE).

Responsibilities

*Provide live support to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries;
*Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to gaming platforms and
applications;
*Communicate clearly and professionally to deliver excellent customer service and maintain
positive relationships;
*Monitor and follow up on ongoing support cases to ensure timely resolution and customer
satisfaction;
*Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance user experience.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken;
*Passion for gaming and understanding of common gaming terminology and platforms;
*Friendly and communicative personality with a genuine interest in helping people;
*Ability to multitask and handle live support inquiries efficiently under pressure;
*Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn troubleshooting steps for games and
related software.
