We are expanding the Windows and Virtualizations team within Cloud
Platform Delivery Department of the A1 Competence Delivery Center.
Be a part of this exciting journey!
Your daily routine would include:
Gather and analyze business requirements related to IT operations
and service delivery;
Support the implementation of technical solutions to align with
operational goals;
Develop and customize routines, reports, or processes to aid
operational oversight and incident resolution;
Provide guidance to technical teams and stakeholders on best
practices and process improvements;
Actively bring in suggestions for improvement (process redesign;
other automation technologies, etc.) and, in coordination with
various stakeholders (A1, Group), you give practical
recommendations for action in the team and across teams;
Document processes and contribute to continual service
improvements.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
Experience in analytic, operational, or technical roles related to
IT services or delivery;
In-depth experience in the field as a business analyst or solution
designer and have knowledge of telecom products and the most common
systems;
Ability to translate business requirements into technical routines
or configurations;
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills;
Experience with Kanban or Scrum-oriented team routines;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with scripting (PowerShell);
Familiarity with enterprise configuration management tools (SCCM,
MECM); Experience with incident management or service delivery
processes;
An understanding of Microsoft server roles, PKI;
Ability to communicate in German.
