For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and
distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – Key Account Support
Associate with German (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

*Support Key Account Managers with contract preparation and checks;
*Keep contract and pricing data accurate and up to date;
*Monitor accounts and resolve issues quickly;
*Work with other teams to ensure smooth contract execution;
*Detect and correct errors in pricing or details;
*Help improve processes and team efficiency.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Commercial training or similar experience in admin/customer service;
*Detail-oriented, reliable with numbers and data;
*Basic understanding of contracts and compliance;
*Confident with MS Office (Excel); SAP/CRM is a plus;
*Strong communication in German B2 and English B2;
*Organized, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
