For one of our clients - a frontrunner in Strategy, Consulting, and Technology, fueling
innovation through the world’s largest network of advanced tech hubs, we are looking for
– Knowledge Expert BPO Operations with German and English (HYBRID).

Отговорности

*Serve as the primary contact for resolving complex cases and delivering expert resolutions;
*Oversee the administration of agreements, ensuring alignment with company standards and
policies;
*Conduct thorough case investigations to identify root causes, ensure resolution, and drive
continuous improvement across teams;
*Address complex issues related to contracts, billing, customer support, cancellations, and
order handling;
*Facilitate billing and credit correction procedures, ensuring timely and precise adjustments.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Advanced German language skills (B2-C1) and solid command of English (minimum B1);
*Previous background as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Client Advisor in BPO environment;
*Еxperience with customer operations and a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle;
*Competency in CRM tools and customer interaction platforms;
*Excellent analytical thinking and sound judgment in handling complex scenarios;
*Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and mentoring skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
